Rainforest Adventures Dominica as this new rain forest adventure called the Gorge Zip Challenge, and it’s the highest zip line in the southern Caribbean.

The six-platform zip line course offers three adrenaline-pumping lines that glide through the rainforest canopy.

Visitors receive a safety briefing and orientation from the park’s top station, and then take a short walk to the first platform and a 125 ft zip line. The second zip line (250 ft) takes riders higher yet and is followed by a 40 ft rappel to the ground.

The highlight of the experience is the Gorge Zip Challenge: an 810 ft cable suspended over Breakfast River Gorge, a 350-foot cavernous drop flourishing with plants and waterfalls. Do you DARE cross it?

Dominica’s new Waitukubuli National Trail tops the Lonely Planet list for “world’s best long walks.” Lonely Planet is the world’s largest travel guide book and digital media publisher.
