But let’s take it up a notch. Playing basketball works much better. From my “personal experience” playing street basketball works your abs more that doing thousands of seat-up, and crunches, running or jogging. Some of the best shapely abs I’ve ever come across, are on some of the guys I play basketball with. I talking about those 8 pack abs stomach…. naturally, no seat-ups, no crunches, just hard street basketball.
