		<description>The terms of the lottery are not unusual, really, when compared to most other lotteries. It&#039;s not suprising that the offer is both a promotion and source of revenue for the company. I guess the only thing is that other lotteries may typically give more time to claim the prize. 

On another note C&amp;W (now LIME) &quot;sponsored&quot; the Creole in the Park. I was happy to pay my way at the door and patronize their super cowded bar every day. But it was kind of strange that the sponsor was the one collecting at the door. There were many thousands there for those days, so I am sure revenues generated were significant. Dominicans appreciated the sponsorship, but we know it was also a bonus for the company too.
