After watching this video I got goose-bumps. 😯 Did you know? Bélé may be the oldest Creole dance from Dominica, which strongly reflects influences from African fertility dances. Our Dominican heritage is enrich with so many different influences – that’s why Dominicans are such unique people. Thanks to Jasmine of Swan Dive for sharing this timeless video. 🙂

I can. From small. It’s not something you ever lose. Sometimes You need a nudge to remember the steps but Bélè, Quadrille, Heel and Toe, you never really lose them.
