Fiffteen G’s For Calypso Winner

$15,000 big ones are already set aside for the winner of the 2008 National Calypso competition which will be held at the end of January. That’s a nice piece change for the winner; with that kind of price money maybe I should try my hand at one or two calypsos. Maybe be next year, but first I must qualify for eliminations. It would be interesting to know: what was the prize money given to the Calypso king in the past? Does anyone know? Let’s hear it in the comments.
