Dominica’s 2008 Calypso semi final is just a few hour away! Yes, it will take place at the Newtown Savannah on Jan 19th from at 8pm. The stage, lights, sound is good and ready to go, now it’s all up to the Twenty Calypsonians to impress the judges in order to gain a ticket to the National Calypso Finals (Feb 2nd, 8:30pm) to face the reigning 2007 Dominica Calypso King “The Hunter”.
