Some people try to imagine their dream car or their dream yacht, but unlike some people I don’t have to dream anymore. I believe I have found my dream home. Well, it’s not exactly mind yet! This luxury $ bedroom villa set in 2 acres of manicured landscaped gardens Talk about Dominica architecture at its best, situated 1700 feet in the cool Dominican forested region near the Morne Trois Pitons National Park.

Its Okay, For A Guy To Dream 🙂

This spacious property showcases Caribbean architecture at its best. On the ground floor there is a beautiful studio which consists of a bedroom with bathroom ensuite, utility room and covered wrap-around terrace which spills right onto the lawned forest bed. All finishes are exemplary with most of the fixtures and fittings brought in from the UK. A handmade Wrought Iron Spiral staircase leads you up to the first floor which consists of a generous living and dining room, tastefully furnished and displaying the owner’s collection of paintings and collectibles from all over the world. There is a beautiful guest bedroom, with bathroom ensuite as well as a small wash closet (toilette) on this floor.

I must be crazy telling you this, but the Villa is for sale. Why would someone building such a beautiful home and turn around a sell it. Well I guess the owners have their reason. So, if your account bank is 7 figures deep the luxury villa can be yours too enjoy Dominican living at its best, that will only 🙂 set you back US$675,000.00.
