		<description>I think one might be amazed at the ability to make a living in this day and age with such a focus on all things 'green'. The Dominican government would probably be keen on cooperating with anyone willing to spearhead initiatives. Dominica has an ever growing garbage management problem and the team who could come up with a feasible solution (composting, recycling) would be doing the island a huge service, let alone the environment.</description>
