And, yes, the right foods in the right amounts, exercise, clean air and water, rest, and relaxation in a beautiful setting are all good for mind and body. But "spirit" and "alchemy" are nonsense and unnecessary. RP has the aforementioned things in abundance, so there is no need to lay on the mysticism.
