"Given the present state of the Dominican economy, the high levels of unemployment especially among the youth, and the debilitating rate of migration, one would think that the Dominica Labour Party (DLP) to find it difficult to convince voters that it deserves another term in office."

You gotta be joking! If you read or understand what is written or said about the Dominican economy , in comparison to the other economies in Caricom, you would not make such a misleading statement. The Central Bank, IMF , World Bank and others have all said that our economy is the most stable, and our Government is spending millions on poverty alleviation. And this migration bogey man. When did it start? This DLP Government has done more for "PEOPLE" than any other in the last 25 years!
