Thousands of Dominicans from all over the island gathered today in the newly opened Windsor Park Stadium to celebrate Dominica’s 29th years of independence. Also to pay tribute to the sixteen Dominicans honoured by the government for their contributions to the development of Dominica. As always – here are some photos for all those absence…Enjoy (Happy Birthday Dominica)
