Head of the Dominica Tourism body Discover Dominica Authority said several things have been put in place to enhance the tourism product, including a greater spend on marketing.

Carnival Prizes
The Dominica Festivals Committee has announced a range of prizes for Carnival 2008 bands and competitions, including $15,000 for the best band on the road.
Fabien Not Resigning
Health Minister and MP for South City, Grand Bay John Fabien said he will not be resigning. However, he did confirm he won’t be contesting the next general election.
