Raphael Simon, a 71 year old man of Campbell is missing. Mr. Simon was last seen Monday night in Mahaut.

Go Girls Carnival Band Win
Go Girls Inc. Carnival band ‘Visions’ won the prize for Best Carnival Band. The prize is EC$15,000. Carnival Corner came out second and in third place was Mercury Carnival Band. Carnival Corner also won the prize for best band on Tuesday.
Penalties for Contestants to Fail to Live up
There may be penalties for contestants to fail to live up to contractual obligations, Exec. Director of the Festivals Commission Val Cuffy announced today. This came after some Queen Contestants failed to appear in the parade.
