But the survey still has a flaw. It asks whether we'd visit again and if we'd retire in Dominica if the refinery is built. Well, we have already built a house in Dominica, so we have little choice! Besides, our house is in the northeast, and the refinery would be in the southwest. The survey doesn't ask whether we've made an investment in building in Dominica, and if so, where? It should.
