Digicel Rising Stars is now down to the final two participants and for the first time since the show started there is a Dominican in the final two. I must say that it was no surprise to me that Tarina Simon made to the finals. While the Digicel Rising stars Series is all about making money, its great what Digicel is doing to give unknown Caribbean talent the necessary exposure.
