Dominica’s twelfth World Creole Music Festival officially jump start this morning with a media launch at the Fort Young Hotel together with headline Sponsor Telecommunications giant Digicel. This years Festival is schedule for October 31st to November 2nd at Peoples Windsor Park Stadium is the highlight event to mark Dominica’s 30th anniversary of independence.
