Someone has to be making a huge profit off the backs of the poor people of Dominica. The James government started it, why cant the new government stop it? Dominica has 365 rivers, also lakes and streams. i just cant see why there is a shortage of electricity. So whoever you are that is causing this hardship on the island, please set the people free.

Carbon is an idiot, and so is everyone who thinks like him. How does anyone with a good thinking mind thinks that they can insult the speaker of the house while in session and expect to get away with that? this could only happen in Dominica. People like Carbon and all the others who thinks like him should be bannished from the Island, for they are giving that beautiful island of ours a bad name.

I am in Dominica and I am excited to learn there is an athlete in the games.
I am watching the Olympics hoping to see him on TV, but I don’t think anyone else in Dominica is - those who have TVs. Maybe if Chris Lloyd can win a medal, we in Dominica can begin following the Olympics and have the pride that other more developed countries have.

I am very glad that people from Dominica are competing at the Olympics this year. Since my family are from there it would be a dream if Dominica won a gold medal. so I`ve just come to say try your best and God bless!

I would be disappointed to travel from England to the WCMF in Dominica and not be entertained by the best of what Creole music has to offer from the region. I’m sure that the majority of people I know who will be making the journey for Reunion08 would also feel the same way.

The WCMF is not the place for these modern contemporary artistes - They arleady have their platform in the world of showbiz!!!
