Labour Government’s ‘Red Clinic’ Crippling the Economy says Former Prime Minister Edison James

Q95News - Former Prime Minister Edison James says the Labour Party Government’s Public Support Program commonly referred to as the ‘Red Clinic’, is crippling Dominica’s Economy. James, who was making reference to a statement made by PM Skerrit claiming that Dominica is doing much better than other countries in the region, says this program has reduced productivity among the masses because it encourages the practice of begging.

The Former Prime Minister says despite the fact that the world is currently being faced by an Economic Crisis; the downfall faced by Dominica is primarily due to lack of productivity, effective leadership and governance on the part of the present administration.
