Man Slapped With Murder Charge

A Mahaut man has been charged with the murder of Anita John of the same community.Anita was stabbed to death at her mother’s shop in Mahaut on Friday evening. Police say the incident occurred following a dispute between the man and the deceased.

The accused appeared before a Magistrate’s Court Monday.This is the fourth murder in less than four months.[dominicanewsonline.com]
