Mendes asks court for bi-election in La Plaine and declare UWP candidate winner in Veille Case

Mendes makes his way through supporters yesterday Oral submissions in the election petition matters involving Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerritt and Education Minister Petter St Jean concluded yesterday afternoon bringing an end to the presentations by the lawyers from both sides of the matter. Justice Gertel Thom has promised a ruling at the earliest possible date, as she will be away from home for a week after yesterday’s presentations. The judge granted each attorney two hours for their submissions, each and Douglas Mendes for the petitioners presented first.
