General Secretary of the Dominica Public Service Union, Thomas Letang, says too often Dominicans depend on the services of overseas consultants to determine the solutions to the problems faced by the country and the way forward for development of the country. Mr. Letang shares the view that the answers to these questions lie in the core of every Dominican as he believes Dominicans have what it takes to achieve progress and development for themselves and the country if the skills are properly harnessed.
The DPSU General Secretary says the leaders of the country now need to carefully analyze the current state of the country and consider where they would like to be in the future. He questions the plans and strategies that have been implemented in order to get Dominica to any meaningful level of growth and development.
