Carnival Monday Reunion Style is finally here and it’s all about More Fete Less Twaka. People from all over Dominica and the around Caribbean line-up the streets of Roseau for the traditional Carnival Monday Parade, which showcases all the traditional customs bands and gangs.
Despite showers in the early part of the morning, and the late start of the parade, many un-watchers, parade participants and the Dominicans who returned home to join in the Reunions celebrations. Here are some photos from the 2008 Carnival Monday street parade. Enjoy…
