		<description>I&#039;m not criticizing the handouts we&#039;re getting for China, Venezuela, etc....What I saying, the government should invest more in small to medium-size businesses, particularly with the monies received from the Petro Caribe Agreement. So when the time comes to payback President Chavez - the treasury will be at stage where it can payback the 2% interested.</description>

When govern&#039;t is by far the largest employer, without the discovery of gold at Morne -Au Diable the state is sure to fail.
