		<description>I'm familiar with the OLPC project and think that it's a great initiative.  I wonder, however, whether Dominica might not also be well served by an initiative to ship used desktop computers to the nation's schools.  Many companies, universities, and other organisations replace their employees' workstations every three years, and those they discard are often perfectly usable.  Perhaps in tandem with the OLPC should be an effort to reach out to these organisations and find a way to channel those machines to Dominican schools.</description>
