They are likely to grow up in poverty, lack good nutrition, good health care, to live in a poor neighborhood and thus receive a substandard education, be exposed to gangs and crime, etc. Now, add in the group disparities and it is clear that the groups with the higher illegitimate birthrates will suffer a proportionate decline in fortunes. If race is not already a grave problem in America, the above will soon unfortunately make it one. What chance do the kids born out of wedlock have?
