Did you know that you can radically improve your health simply by laughing more? There are numerous health benefits to laughter, including relieving stress, lowering your blood pressure, and enhancing your immune system. There is even evidence that laughter make the heart grow stronger.

Now that I think about it, I’ve hardly gotten sick at all during the past two years (I mean one minor cold here and there, nothing serious), so perhaps all the laughter work, I’ve been doing has contributed to my healthy body being. :grin:
