Congratulations Liuda, Garth, Chris and everyone who's involved in planning all these weddings. The wedding planning and the actual ceremony can be stressful and it's sometimes hard to avoid the huge expense that can be incurred.
I was drawn to seek out information for a friend in the same situation who was very stressed by her wedding. Being a natural health and wellness kind of person, I looked for easily obtained herbs and essential oils to recommend for her complete relaxation.
I turned to a colleague of one of my blogging friends that writes for a health and wellness blog and it so happened that she was had just started to write an article on the subject of stress.
Her essential oils for relaxation and article is now in published as: "tips and tricks to relieve stress boost moods" which you're welcomed to share amongst your friends.
It is said that something of beauty is a joy forever so too is something as useful as these de-stress tools, tips or tricks.

Congratulations Chris and Liuda! And good advice too. Ruth and I got married on a shoestring and used what we saved as down-payment on our first house. We have been happily married over 35 years now. One of my sisters actually sold her retirement home in Florida to finance an extravagant wedding for her daughter, who was divorced shortly thereafter. We saw nearly the same thing happen to a friend of our daughter's; the girls parents must have spent tens of thousands on a wedding for a marriage that lasted less than a year.

Our own wedding and reception were simple and modest, but enjoyed by all. And our shared goals strengthened our marriage, I believe.
