Enjoy De Real Mas 2007 everyone! Carnival Monday 2007 is finally here, and people are lining up the sidewalks of Roseau and around Dominica to get a glimpse of the traditional Carnival Monday parade. The overcast sky made the atmosphere ideal for un-watchers, parade participants, and the many Dominicans who returned home to join in the action.

Its been a few years since I lasted watch a Carnival Monday Parade, usually I’m too tried from jumping jouvert or if not I’m working on the morning of the parade. This year I am able to post some of highlights from the parade… hope you enjoy!
