Just because everyone’s visiting the top Caribbean Vacation destinations doesn’t mean it’s the best of its kind.
Every seasoned traveler knows that the island that everyone’s heard of are not necessarily the best destination for that perfect vacation.
There many islands around the Caribbean where there are throngs of tourists, inflated prices and clichéd experiences that can make you want to run in the other direction, fast! With a little travel savvy, however, you can find alternatives to these top destinations that might just offer you a better experience.
Dominica might just be that perfect alternative getaway. From natural wonders, steaming valleys, and the world’s 2nd largest boiling lake, 365 rivers rushing to the sea, national parks, lush vegetation and a UNESCO World Heritage Site! Dominica is usually cheaper, better and less crowded alternative to the Caribbean’s top tourist destinations.
However, do bear in mind that, with a few exceptions, every world-famous, packed-to-the-rafters, hand-over-your-wallet tourist destination has an equally worthwhile alternative.
