That’s the first time have seen so many Dominicans coming together to celebrate one common cause – making Dominica’s 30 years of Independence grand opening ceremony one most amazing opening ceremony I have every seen! They have set the bar so high that I can’t to see what will happen when it’s time to celebrate 40 years of Independence.

If you were unable to be at the Windsor Park Stadium to watch the opening ceremony, there should be an encore sometime tomorrow or next week by the local television networks. It’s definitely worth watching. If you reside out of Dominica, here are some of photos from the Independence opening ceremony. Enjoy!
