It is too small to be safe, can't move at highway speeds, gets only about 30 miles to the US gallon, and holds only two people and nearly no cargo. Our daughter's 10-year old Toyota Corolla gets 32 mpg, holds four and had trunk space and, is safer, and faster. A new Smartcar costs more than a new Toyota.
