I really and truly don’t know what to say again..to me it seems like no use…i think is going to take some years for the customer service to really sink down …sad!

That’s the same way I feel every time I go there ….they need to learn how to treat a customer. Thanks for confirming my opinion Kristen.

I was at the deli counter at IGA on Saturday. There was no one in line in front of me. I stood there for quite some time before one of the ladies came to assist me. As she was slicing meat, she was obviously complaining to her co-worker –the eyes rolling, signs of facial disgust and anger, etc. I definitely had the feeling that the worker felt very put out by being asked to do her job. I was very uncomfortable and I almost left.

I unfortunately have to say that this kind of behavior not only from Whitchurch but other business places, are reasons why I left Dominica in the first place, and when I visit, I don’t stay long. Don’t get me wrong, I love my country, but I hate how the people act, especially to their fellow Dominicans.
If I were you I would go to management, if management does nothing, or doesn’t react in a way that is reasonable, then you have to assume that management are the ones who encourage these acts.
