In Barbados there has been continuing talk about the new deal between the European Union and their forcer colonies in the Caribbean, Africa and the Pacific. Dame Billie Miller, B’dos Foreign Minister says that failure is not an option for the seventynine developing and twentyfive developed countries negotiating the Economic Partnership Agreement.
Will the EPA replace the system to trade concession? Which is presently outlawed by the WTO?
