Like everywhere else in the Caribbean, Christmas is a great season for temporary workers looking to make some extra cash. Whether you’re a student looking for a Christmas job or someone who’s not employed full time. What a lot of people don’t realize that the holiday season is also a great time to search for a full time job. A lot people like to put off job searches until after the holidays. Getting a temp job is a great way start to make some fast money and you never know; it could always turn into something permanent.

Also worth noting is that January is one of the busiest hiring months of the year, so getting your resume out there can help put you ahead of the pack. 😀

Your comment, “What a lot of people don’t realize that the holiday season is also a great time to search for a full time job” is screaming out for attention over the Christmas and New Year period.

This is possible the best time to phone up on the off chance of a position being available, because the boss’es get bored with nothing to do, and are more likely to offer you an interview.

regards Dave
