Dominicaâ€™s lone electricity company DOMLEC has come in for a serious tongue lashing from Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit who he explains has been waging a war against his government to maintain its high electricity rates. Prime Minister Skerrit also warned that liberalization of the electricity sector may come as early as August.
