Jacintha Fagan has won the title of Miss Dominica 2011. Sponsored by National Cooperative Credit Union, Jacintha beat back six other contestants to take the title of Miss Dominica 2011 at the Carnival City last night (Mar 4).
The 1st Runner-up was Earlene Labassiere, and 2nd Runner-up went to Roselia Bazil.
