There’s some information that most of us who use Domlec Pay-As-You-Go will find very interesting. Just for the record Pay-As-You-Go is the best idea Domlec has ever come up with. Pay-As-You-Go allows you to monitor your electricity consumption, plus eliminating the monthly electrical Bill. Now back to the matter at hand. Last Friday I when to Quik Zone Gas Station to top-up my power Supply. Learnt from my friend Gary that if you are Pay-As-You-Go customer and you purchase power in the first week of every month the machine will not charge you Value Add Tax. Which means you will get more units for your money. For example, last month I bought $25.00 worth of electricity in the middle of the month the machine charged:
- Domestic Tariff: $12.42
- Fuel Surcharge: $08.83 @ $0.33/kwh
- Value Add Tax: $03.75
And I only got 22 units (kWh) but for the same $25.00 in the first week in March the machine charged:
- Domestic Tariff: $16.17
- Fuel Surcharge: $08.83 @ $0.33/kwh
And I got 27 units (kWh).Differences of 5 units 🙂 and for many of us who use Pay-As-You-Go know thats alot of power. If you don’t believe me try it out and post me a comment before Domlec realizes.
