Images Newsletter Blog is reporting that the three time Olympic champion and the world’s fastest man Usain Bolt might be visiting Dominica during the 12th Annual Dominica World Creole Music Festival. According to VIP Connected Entertainment CEO Lexy Brooks, an invitation was extended by the Dominica Tourism Authority for Bolt to be a special guest of the Hon. Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit during this year’s festival which runs from October 31 to November 2nd 2008.
If Usain do decide to visit Dominica, he will be honored at the Windsor Park Stadium for his achievements at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, also on his itinerary is to visit the Fresh Water Lake.
With a star-stunned lineup already scheduled for this year’s Creole festival (Sean Paul, Machel Montano, Nasio Fontaine, D’jakout – just to name a few), if Bolt does accept the invitation – his presents will undoubtedly bring much media attention from all around the Caribbean our nature island, and what better way for us to celebrate 30 years of independence and 12th Annual Creole Music festival.
